We want you to love your ILoveDooney purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the returns process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective tissue and dust bags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
